FULL BODY TABATAS

Full Body Tabatas mixes strength plyometrics (also known as "jump training" or "plyos") and cardio with 20 seconds work and 10 sec rest for 8 rounds at a time. The goal is to have your muscles exert the the maximum amount of force in the shortest time period.

Nothing But Weights is all about strength moves using only Dumbbells.

  • FuryFit

    FuryFit-a class that specializes in mobility, a constant varied workout that will usually include elements of weightlifting, cardiovascular endurance, gymnastics movements. A class that can be scaled for the beginner or advanced for the elite athlete! If you are looking to get stronger, faster, and more flexible, these are must attend classes! Each week will be programmed specifically and concentrate on different strengths and weaknesses!! Progress will be tracked for all who attends!! Benchmark WODs to track your personal fitness will also be performed during these sessions!!
